Health for the mind and body is achieved by:

Toning muscles and improving core strength

Re-aligning, relaxing and stretching muscles

Joint movement, consequently improving blood and oxygen supply together with removal of toxins

Improving capacity and function of the lungs through Pranayama (breathing techniques)

Learning to relax fully
Happiness comes, with practice, by achieving inner peace and an increasing appreciation of the natural world around us.
